Our Can’t Miss Shows at Mile 0 2026

There are the artists everyone comes for at Mile 0 Fest. Ragweed, RRB, Shane Smith and the Saints, American Aquarium. The return of Silverada, Shinyribs and Jamie Lin Wilson. The continued Key West dominance of Josh Weathers, Josh Grider and Drew Kennedy.

Tanner Usrey and Uncle Lucius create vibe grooves that have you floating over the water. Ellis Bullard is transformative. Shelby Stone is a rock star. And so on.

And then there are the ones you find. Either on purpose or the ones you stumble into on accident.

The ones you hear drifting down the street and follow without a plan. The ones you’re texting your buddies about before the set is even over.

That’s where my attention always lands. Chasing the dragon.

Stephen Wilson Jr had the standout set of 2025 Mile 0. He’s exploded onto the national scene the last twelve months. Mile 0 has a way of stripping things down, and he feels built for that kind of honesty. Excited to see what he has cooked up this year.

Jason Scott and the High Heat bring soul and sweat and a little swagger. Their songs feel like they’ve already been on the road a long time.. because they have. The rest of us are just catching up. Catch them at the right time and it is guaranteed to turn into a moment.

Ben Chapman carries that edge I’m always looking for. Country music that isn’t polished smooth. There’s something unpredictable there, and that’s a compliment.

Graycie York is Galleywinter family. She’s played the last five River Jams. She’s a protege of Cody Canada and has a way of sneaking up on you. Songs that feel personal. She’s the kind of artist you don’t talk over; a. Because you shouldn’t, b. Because she’ll call you out.

Paul Cauthen is always a spectacle in the best sense. Big Velvet is bombastic and entertaining. We’ve been clamoring for him to get some Mile 0 shine since 2018. Big presence, big songs. Key West won’t take this energy, it will amplify it.

Then there are bands like The Smokin’ Oaks and The Droptines who feel tailor made for the late hours and buzzed thoughts. Loud enough. Loose enough. The kind of shows where nobody’s checking their watch.

These are the sets I’m circling. Among others. What about you?
