It is Marley's first public appearance in Jamaica since being wounded in an assassination attempt a year and a half earlier. Marley persuades Prime Minister Michael Manley and Opposition Leader Edward Seaga to come on stage and shake hands.

I was on my way back to work (ugh!) from lunch and I was listening to Texas Radio 98.7… this song came on that sounded strangely familiar… and, being the blonde that I sometimes am, it took me a few seconds to realize what exactly was happening… BUT when I did finally realize that it was Adam... on the radio... in my car... getting air time in VICTORIA (of all places!)... it made me Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green in a BIG BIG BIG WAY!!!!

I was so freaking happy to hear his beautiful voice over the air waves that I even called in to the radio station and THANKED them for playing Adam Hood… and to play him MOOOOORE!!!

Anyway… I just wanted to say…

GO ADAM!!!!

I just recently have been listening to this station (I usually only listen to my CD's), so this may not be the first time he’s been on… but it was MY first time hearing him on the radio. EVER! And I can tell you that I am SOOOOO HAPPY for him! YAY!!!!

Yes!! they have been playin it for a while now!! the only time i listen to that station or the radio in general is when im at work and the guys have it on... and the frist time i heard it... i tripped out... and the guys at work were all.... r u ok... whats goin on... i just had to laugh and make them listen!!! it was great!
